At Annaya Jewellers, we are committed to delivering high-quality artificial jewelry across the UAE in a timely and secure manner. This Delivery Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, charges, and terms.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Sale/discounted items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return:

Include Your

Order number

Photos/videos of the item showing damage/defect

Description of the issue

Our team will verify and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Approval

Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner.

The item must be packed securely in original condition for pickup.

Upon inspection, if return conditions are met, refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card) within 10-45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be issued a store credit or bank transfer (as agreed).

Exchange Option

If the item is eligible, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the case.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A wrong item

An item that is damaged in transit


Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours), and we will resolve it by replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Note: We do not deliver to countries or regions that are on UAE or OFAC-sanctioned lists.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within the following timeframe:

Standard Delivery (UAE): 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (optional): 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)


Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and order volume. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: AED 15 across UAE

Free Shipping: On orders above AED 200

Express Shipping: AED 30 (UAE-wide, optional)


Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and link to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery Partner

We work with reputable and licensed courier companies in the UAE for safe and prompt delivery of your orders.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

The courier will attempt redelivery.

You may be contacted via phone or SMS.

If delivery fails multiple times, your order may be returned to us and additional charges may apply.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:

Unforeseen weather conditions

Courier or logistical issues

Incorrect shipping address


We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution (replacement, exchange, or refund as per our return policy.
